Ana Santiago Obituary

Webster – Ana Santiago, 89, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 3, 2021 while at the UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.

Ana was born in Barranquita, Puerto Rico on February 16, 1932, daughter of the late Miguel and Rosenda (Pacheco) Santiago; she worked as a CNA for many years prior to her retirement.  Ana was a longtime and faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Webster; she loved cooking for her family and friends and spending time with those she loved.

Ana will be deeply missed by her family.  Daughter Norma Romero of Puerto Rico. Daughter Milagros Santiago her husband Paul Santiago and grandchildren Christina Santiago, Ana Santiago, Paul Santiago of New York. Daughter Ana Rosa Rivera and grandchildren Eric Colón, Adam Macintosh, Brittney Rivera of Boston. Son Jose Rivera and grandchild Ariana Rivera of New Jersey. Son Miguel Rivera his wife Damaris Rivera and grandchildren Luis Rivera, Damaris Rivera of Puerto Rico. Along with her great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and close friends. She will also be missed by her longtime Pastor and friend Rev. Doug Conley and her Christian family at First Baptist Church; She was predeceased by her husband Jose Rivera and two sons Richard Rivera and Angel Rivera. 

A Celebration of Ana's Life will be held on Sunday October 17, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church, 33 East Main Street Webster, MA.
