Betty LeFort Obituary


Betty A LeFort, age 81 after a courageous battle against Covid 19 passed on February 3,2021.
Betty had many great friends, family members and strangers that showed great compassion and love for her throughout her struggle.
Betty is predeceased by her husband Raymond LeFort Sr, mother Beatrice Mercier, father Robert Mercier, sister Phyllis Larose, daughter Lucinda Hecker.
Betty leaves behind her son Harold Blake of Barre Vermont, daughter Lavon Orlowski of Hastings Florida, brothers Richard Mercier of Oxford Massachusetts and Ronald Mercier of Washington Vermont. Betty also leaves behind two step-children, Sandy Rabidou and Richard Le Fort of Florida. Betty has three grandchildren, Nathan and Erica in Florida and Jason in Massachusetts. She also leaves behind 3 great gandchildren in Florida and several nieces and nephews in Vermont and Massachusetts. Betty had many friends at the Sitkowski Apartments in Webster Massachusetts. Their friendships meant a great deal to her. There are no calling hours. Donations may be made to the Webster Senior Center or your local Humane Society. The Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA has been entrusted with her arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may post a condolence or light a candle.
