Bradford Boucher Sr. Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bradford E. Boucher Sr, 68, of Woodstock, CT (formerly of Worcester, MA). Brad departed this world on Sunday, December 3, 2023 after a brief illness, surrounded by family. Brad was born in Worcester, MA, son of the late Edward E. Boucher and Stella E. (Moise) Boucher. He is leaving behind his adoring wife - his “happily ever after” - Sharon (Burton) Boucher, his beloved daughter, Jacqueline N. Tacy and her husband Ryan, and their three children, McKenna, Harper, and Karsten of Eastford, CT. He also leaves behind three bonus children, Christina Garcia and her husband Yanis, their children Christyan and Giovanni, of Woodstock, CT with whom he lived; Brian Cosenza and his wife Jessica of Holden, MA, and their children Emily and Maddie, and Julie Cosenza of Worcester, MA. He leaves behind his siblings Ronald Boucher and JoAnne McGrath of Holiday, FL. He was “Uncle Brad” to many nieces, nephews, and beloved family members. He was predeceased by both of his parents and is joyfully reunited in Heaven with his son, Bradford E. Boucher Jr. Brad was born and raised in Worcester, a graduate of Burncoat High School. He was a New England sports enthusiast and loved the game of hockey. Brad spent his years building lasting connections with friends and neighbors. His journey through life was marked by dedication, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to his loved ones. Brad found his professional calling at Papa Ginos, where he dedicated many years of his life and found meaningful relationships. He later worked for Worcester Airport Limousine Service. Known for his infectious smile, playful humor, and love of the simple things in life, Brad touched the lives of everyone he encountered. He loved trips to Florida with his wife, Sharon, and spending time by the water & fishing or on boats. Brad was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and a fantastic cheerleader for those he cared about. At the center of Brad's world were his children, who were all the light of his life. His role as a father was one he embraced with joy and responsibility, often coaching sports teams. As a grandfather, Brad found immense joy in witnessing the next generation bloom. Brad's true legacy lies in the countless thoughtful moments of love and laughter he shared with his family and friends. As we mourn the loss of Bradford Boucher, Sr., let us also celebrate the joys of his life and the positive impact he had on all who knew him.
