Obituary

Webster – Brandy (Giles) Giugno, 27, passed away suddenly on Tuesday March 14, 2023 after being stricken ill at home.

Brandy was the loving wife of David; mother of Susan (5) and Samuel (3); loving daughter of Catherine Giles and Jay Sanders; loving sister of Jessica, Justin, and Amanda Giles, all of Webster, MA and the sister of Christopher Ward of West Virginia, and a brother James O'Neil of Malden; the granddaughter of Ernest, and the late Madeline Barker, of Webster; the loving daughter-in-law of David Sr. and Diane Giugno of Marlborough, MA; loving sister-in-law of John Giugno and Erin Giugno, both of Marlborough, MA; loving niece of Wendy Chiampa, Dawn, and Darrin Donovan, Scott Barker, all of Webster, MA; niece of Robert and Patricia Firicano of North Carloina; loving cousin to Laura, Darren, Allister, and Emmalina Copley of Ohio; loving cousin to Maggie, John, and Madison Dufresne of Oklahoma; loving cousin to Elizabeth Chiampa of Leominster; loving cousin to Justin Barker of England; loving aunt to Amelia Johnson of Webster.

Brandy was a loving, kind-hearted, and caring person whose smile and laughter would light up every room she entered.

One of Brandy’s major passions in life was being an independent personal care attendant for developmentally disabled clients, both privately and at UMass Memorial in Worcester.

Family was fiercely important to Brandy; she played a major role in the care of her autistic sister Amanda, making sure she was on the right track to be successful in life.  Brandy also lovingly cared for her grandfather Ernest, ensuring he had the best quality of care and life.

Whether Brandy was on a simple outing to an amusement park with her siblings, a recital with her daughter Suzy doing Irish Step, Ballet, or Hip Hop, a romantic date night with her husband Dave, or lovingly singing ABC’s or 123’s with her son Sammy, Brandy loved her family time.

Brandy was also a big fan of singing, making tik tok videos, bargain shopping, and Harry Potter; she was even accepted to the Griffindorf House Academy.

We will all miss Brandy’s love, smile, generous and caring personality; she will forever live in our hearts.  God has gained an angel, and even on the day she passed, the heavens cried too.
