Christopher Young

Oxford – Christopher Young, 60, passed away on December 21, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.

Christopher was born in Oakland, CA on May 3, 1962, son of  the late Gene and Emma (Bohanan) Young; he relocated from Montana to Massachusetts five years ago.  Christopher worked as a mortician for many years; he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends as well as playing on his laptop.  Christopher was a fan of the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox; he was a real foodie who very much enjoyed a good milkshake and popsicles. 

Christopher is survived by his sons Jacob Young and his spouse Jayme of Oxford, and Gage Young of Worcester; two daughters: Kayla Young and Gabriella Young, both of Worcester; four brothers: Douglas and Richard Young, both of San Leandro, CA, Michael and Nicholas Young, both of Alameda, CA; his sister Lisa Young of Alameda, CA; he also leaves three grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.

A Celebration of Christopher’s Life, with Tribal Honors, will be scheduled at a later date.
