Dennis Quiry Obituary

Southbridge – Dennis C. Quiry, 72, passed away at home with his loving family by his side on Wednesday May 19, 2021.

Dennis was born in Worcester, MA on May 23, 1948, son of the late Armand and Barbara (Cooper) Quiry. In his younger days, Dennis served as a police office in the city of Worcester, most recently Dennis worked as a supervisor for a steel manufacturing company before retiring. Dennis was a very loving caring and intelligent man who loved to read. Dennis very much enjoyed taking trips to the beaches at Cape Cod, going camping, fishing, snorkeling, and hiking.

Dennis is survived by his wife Linda (Charland) Quiry, with whom he has shared thirty-six years of marriage; he also leaves his son Christopher Quiry of Worcester; three stepsons: James and Armand Gardner of Southbridge, and Robert Gardner of NY; his stepdaughter Melissa Gardner of NY; his brother Mark Quiry of FL, and nine grandchildren.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home.
