Obituary
Anna Lara Burakiewicz, age 34, of Marshfield, MA (formally of Charlton, MA) passed away unexpectedly at home on March 29, 2023.
She was born on June 15, 1988, in Worcester MA, to Andrew and Margaret Burakiewicz. Anna graduated from Shepherd Hill in Dudley, MA then attended the University of Rhode Island where she earned a PharmD. After graduating in 2014, she worked as a pharmacist, most recently at Walgreens in Rockland, MA.
Anna was outgoing, quick-witted, and met each day with a smile. She was devoted to her family and passionate about animals.
She leaves behind her parents and siblings, Jim Burakiewicz (Emily) and Emily Burakiewicz and her two rescue dogs, Cleo and Leila.
There will be no calling hours and her family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her name to local animal shelters.
A Funeral Mass for Anna will be held in Our Lady of Częstochowa, 34 Ward Street Worcester at 10:00am on Friday, April 14, followed by a private burial.
