Eddie Rosario

Worcester – Eddie Rosario, 58, passed away on Saturday March 20, 2021 at the UMass Memorial Medical Center.

Eddie was born in St. Croix on December 10, 1962, son of Antonio and Feliciana Navarro; he worked hard as a butcher for many years providing for his family.  Eddie loved reading, cooking, and spending time with his family; whether going fishing, going to the beach, or working on cars with his son, he was happiest when surrounded by those he loved.  Eddie also enjoyed reading and was an avid basketball fan and player.  Eddie proudly played basketball for the Rockers when he lived in St. Croix; he was a humble man who was always quick to help those in need, especially his community of faith.  Eddie was a devout Christian belonging to the Hermanos Unidos en Cristo Church in Strawberry, St. Croix, more recently, the Bethsaida Pentecostal Church in Worcester.

Eddie will be deeply mourned by his loving wife Evelyn (Adams) Rosario; his son Eddie Rosario Jr. and his wife Letysha of Seattle, WA; his daughters Taysha Rosario of Florida, and Clarissa Govia and her husband Akeem of Delaware; his Siblings: Sostenia Ponce, Carlos Rosario, Marisol Encarnacion, Gregg Encarnacion, Nyra Vanatta, Albin Rosario, Lilianne Rodriguez, and Papo Rosario; he also leaves eight grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.

Funeral and Committal Services will be held in Eddie’s home of St. Croix.
