Edward M. Roy Jr.

Douglas- Edward M Roy Jr, age 60, formerly of Webster, died on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at home, surrounded by his family.  

Edward was born in Webster on June 12,1964, son of Barbara Roy (Cape) and the late Edward M Roy Sr. Ed worked most of his life as an Auto Body Technician, most recently at Elm Park Collision in Worcester. 

He is survived by his daughter, Thea Gagliardi of Haines City, FL; stepdaughter, Melissa Ferguson of Kingsport,TN; his sisters,Justine Bond and husband Wayne, Melissa Faucher and husband Matthew all of Webster, MA. He also leaves his grandchildren, Taylor, Jairdan, Noah, Nathan, Keegan, Aidan, Emily, Cameron and his Fiancé Lily.  In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his sweetheart, Theresa Ferschke and his stepson, Denis Ferschke.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation for Edward on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster.  In lieu of flowers, Edward requested that donations in his memory be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.  A memorial guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com, where you may post a condolence message, share a memory and/or light a candle.
