Elaine Matilda Nowosadko
April 15, 1944 – January 27, 2025
Dudley, MA – Elaine M. (Hamel) Nowosadko, 80, of Dudley-Oxford Rd died peacefully on Monday evening, January 27, 2025, at Webster Manor. Born in Brimfield, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Pearl (Lavigne) Hamel.
Elaine worked for many years as a secretary at Gentex. She was a member of the Dudley Senior Center and especially enjoyed crocheting mittens for Kindergarteners and lap robes for Veterans in the local area. She was a beloved member of the Red Hat Society. Elaine loved going to yard sales with her husband, Peter, to find the best bargains around. But most of all, she loved her family and would do anything for them.
Elaine is survived by her husband, Peter R. Nowosadko of Dudley; her children Mark Nowosadko and his wife Laura of Dudley, and Susan Simpson and her husband Mike of South Carolina; her daughter-in-law Laurie of Dudley; her sister Beatrice Baker and her husband Ray of Texas; her eight grandchildren Caylie, Lucas, Averyl, Ariana, Eric, Keith, Tyler, and Alicia; her eight great grandchildren Quinn, Cleo, Easton, Oakley, Lincoln, Nash, Amelia, and Niko. She was predeceased by her two sons Peter and Michael Nowosadko as well as her best friend Carolyn Earp, her sister Marie Hamel, and her granddaughter Klea Nowosadko.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the Webster Manor for their exceptional love and care for Elaine.
