Webster - Elizabeth A. Taylor, 83, of Webster, died November 30, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Elizabeth leaves her daughter Jennifer J. Taylor. Six brothers, Thomas F. Ludy of North Grafton, James E. Ludy (Mary Ann) of Worcester, William E. Ludy (April) of Worcester, John M. Ludy (Christine) of Boynton Beach, FL, Stephen F. Ludy (Mary) of Worcester and Timothy P. Ludy (Peggy) of Shrewsbury. One grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Liz was predeceased by her son Justin Taylor.
Elizabeth was born in Worcester, daughter of Earl V. Ludy and Elizabeth M. (Shannon) Ludy. She was a graduate of St. Stephen Central Catholic High School in Worcester and Anna Maria College in Paxton. She had a long teaching career at Bartlett High School in Webster.
Liz was a devoted member of the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament for many years at Sacred Heart Church in Webster.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with Elizabeth’s family on Thursday, December 19, 2024, from 9:30AM to 10:30AM at the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA 01570 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 18 E. Main St., Webster, MA 01570 at 11:00AM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Elizabeth’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
