Franky Martinez

Worcester – Franky Martinez, 41, sadly left us too soon after being stricken ill at home on Monday October 11, 2021.

Franky was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico on February 19, 1980.  For the past five years Franky has been a cherished member of the Net of Compassion Family, with whom he has passionately volunteered to serve those in need.  Franky was an avid fan of the NY Yankees; he loved life and was devoted to helping others; he will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who were blessed to know him.

Franky was predeceased by his mother Angie Martinez last year; he is survived by his loving companion Leesandra Morales and her daughter Kaylianna Machuca, who he loved as his own; his brother Jayson Camacho Martinez of Puerto Rico; his beloved Aunts: Madeline Martinez-Rosario of Meriden, CT; Sherley Martinez and Ivonne Martinez of Puerto Rico; his uncle Edgardo Martinez of Puerto Rico; he also leaves many relatives, and dear friends.

All are welcome to attend calling hours from 5:00 – 8:00 pm on Monday October 18, 2021 at the Lindquist-Lundin Funeral Home, under the direction of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 36 Butler Street Worcester, MA.  Committal Services will be held in Puerto Rico.
