Gary N. Perkins
1950 - 2025
Sterling – Gary N. Perkins, 75, of Margaret Henry Rd., formerly of Killingly, died Wednesday morning April 9, 2025, at home. Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Newton Perkins and Joyce (Hopkins) Mosely.
Mr. Perkins was a proud member of the United States Marine Corps, serving during the Vietnam War. For many years Gary worked as a truck driver.
He is survived by his brothers, Craig Perkins, Mark Perkins, and Scott Perkins; his sister, Carol Ryley; his nephews, Benjamin Cooper, Matthew Cooper, and Jacob Perkins; as well as his extended family and friends, including Brad and Lisa Long and Michaela Brand. He was predeceased by a nephew, Samuel Cooper.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service with military honors for Gary, on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 2:00PM in the South Killingly Cemetery, 25 Cook Hill Rd., Danielson, CT 06239. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA 01570.
