Gerard Martin Obituary

Webster- Gerard J. Martin, age 70 passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023, at his son's home, surrounded by his loving family.  He leaves his wife of 46 years Josephine N. (Tomaso) Martin.  Gerard also leaves his son Matthew P. Martin and his wife Robyn of Auburn, his beloved grandchildren, Brayden, Colby, Luke and Reid. He also leaves two brothers, Marcel Martin of Grafton and Richard Martin of Ontario, Canada, his brother-in-law Chuck Tomaso of Webster.

Gerard was born in Ontario, Canada son of the late Maurice Martin and Florence (Lefebvre) Martin and lived in Webster for the past 43 years, prior to that living in Grafton.  Gerard retired from R and M leasing in Oxford where he worked as a truck driver.

He enjoyed boating, sports and going to the Patriots games with his son Matt and grandchildren.  He also included his dog Ellie as part of his family.

Calling hours will be held Saturday, from 1 PM- 3 PM November 18, 2023, in the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA with a Mass of Christian burial on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 10 AM in St. Louis Church, Webster, MA, burial to follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Webster.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in his memory to Boston Hope Lodge, 125 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.
