Puppa,

I could never express the thanks I feel for your welcoming me as family, the guidance you gave on a good or bad day. The encouraging words when I got a job or did something that made me so proud. Teaching me things I did not know yet helping in yard work or fixing a car. I truly treasure and will never forget the love I saw you had for your wife and how I always said I can only pray to have a love like that one day. Being the checkers master and beating everyone all the time. Asking us to come help in the yard and five mins later telling us "take a break". Smoke a cigarette. Drinking a coke together, getting a haircut together on holidays. The memories these past four years are endless and ones I will always hold dear. Right up til you passed I saw that twinkle for life in your eyes and how Saturday you wanted everyone to eat lunch with you. You were a very blessed man yet never took a single thing for granted. Worked hard and shared with everyone. It was truly an honor to know you and share funny stories weather it was something from your past, or you saw, you knew how to make people laugh . The day you introduced us to "Rudy" we thought it was a person! Until we meet again enjoy your time in heaven and please know we swear to do our best to keep your wife safe and accompanied so she never feels alone. Love you rest in peace.

Love,
Nik

You will be very missed Jim, you were a great man to my sister and to her children. No average man would take on a task as you did, and you did it with happiness and pride. You were always a lot of fun and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone. I'm very proud to call you my brother-in-law and my friend.

I could not have asked, in all my life for a better man, and father figure as I had in you Pup. You were my "get up and go", my "sit down relax, take it slow" my words of strength when I was weak, and a Dads kiss upon my cheek. When I needed you, you were there. As a little girl, I didn't know then how important that was. But I do now. I'm so thankful for a lifetime of your love. Heaven has received a wonderful gift by taking you home. Thank you also, a thousand times over for the endless love you gave to my mother. You never quit on any of us. And four additional children is no small package. To say that I love you Puppa is really an understatement. May your breathes be deep, your smiles wide, and your laughter loud. You will be so missed here with us. And I know upon my coming home, you will be there again welcoming me and loving me as you did so wonderfully here on earth. #Keep the faith.

So sad to learn of Jimmy's passing. I will always remember cousin Jimmy as the handsome young man he was when I would see him at Grandma Cutting's home in Auburn.
