Sutton – James J. Knox Jr, 86, passed away suddenly at home on October 23, 2020.
Being predeceased by his wife, the late Phyllis J. (Prouty) Knox, James is survived by two sons: Randie Muscatell of NC and Terrence J. Coombs of Sutton; his daughter Kimberly J. Knox of Millbury; he also leaves his brothers Robert James Knox, Richard Carlton Knox, David Bruce Knox, John Alexander Knox; his sisters Betty Florence Wells and Deborah Joanne Richter; five grandchildren, as well as many relatives and friends.
James was born in North Adams, MA on July 31, 1934 and lived in Sutton for most of his life; he worked as a draftsman for the Rolls Royce Marine Division for many years prior to his retirement. James served honorably in the United States Army National Guard and was involved with the crazy horse memorial project in South Dakota.
Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School street Webster, MA.
