1958 – 2025
Jean Ann Bellen, age 67, of Woodstock, CT, died Thursday, November 27, 2025, at home.
Jean was born in Holden, MA, daughter of the late Walter Sr. and Marjorie (Canney) Bellen. Jean worked for many years at Stevens Linen and later worked as a CNA – Home Health Aid. She enjoyed taking care of and helping people. She was a religious woman, with a strong love for God.
Jean is survived by her son, Edward Cosentino and his wife Gina of North Oxford; a daughter, Tanya Fitts and her husband Alan of Brimfield; two brothers, Donald Bellen and his wife Dot of Hawaii, Michael Bellen of Conway, NH; three sisters, Ruth Annable and her husband Carl of Brandywine, WV, Anna Green of North Conway, NH and her twin sister, Janet Bellen of North Conway, NH; six grandchildren, Thadius Dubsky, Zachary Dubsky, Marie Cosentino, Ty Cosentino, Joshua Fitts and Kayla Fitts. She was predeceased by two brothers, Walter “Red” Bellen Jr. and George Bellen.
