North Grosvenordale, CT- John F. Adamuska Jr. age 77 passed away Sunday June 9, 2024, at the Day Kimball Hospital, Putnam, CT. He leaves a son Scott A. Adamuska of Killingly, CT, two sisters, Betty Dragon of Charlton and Debra Larson of North Grosvenordale, CT, three grandchildren, Austin, Noah and Zach. John had a brother that predeceased him, Robert Adamuska, Sr. of Noth Grosvenordale, CT.
He was born in Webster, MA, son of the late John A. Adamuska and Jeanne M. (Courtemanche) Adamuska and lived in North Grosvenordale, CT all his life. He was a Vietnam US Army Veteran. He was a maintenance worker at United National Food in Dayville, CT. John enjoyed cars, hunting, fishing and model planes, a true outdoorsman.
Calling hours will be held Friday morning, June 14, 2024, in the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St. from 8-10 AM with service at 10 AM in the funeral home, burial with military honors will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery, Webster, MA. Please omit flowers and donations may be made in his memory to the American Legion. A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may leave a condolence or light a candle.
