Joseph Blanchard
1947 - 2025
N. Grosvenordale – Joseph Blanchard, 77, of Pasay Rd., died Saturday afternoon, August 23, 2025, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving husband of Tina L. (Wilson) Brooks Blanchard. Born in Webster, he was the son of the late Walter and Annette (Marrier) Blanchard, Sr.
Mr. Blanchard was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserves.
On June 21, 2003, in Uxbridge, MA at Arrowhead Acres, he was united in marriage to the former Tina L. Brooks.
Mr. Blanchard worked for many years as a field engineer for Bourn-Koch.
Joseph enjoyed woodworking, golfing, building custom cars and a replica trolley. He was a member of the Shriners, Masons, and American Legion Post 58 in Oxford.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Tina L. (Wilson) Blanchard; his children, Joseph C. Blanchard of Milford, Jonathan Brooks and his wife Kaitlyn of Thompson, CT, Benjamin Brooks of Putnam, CT, Cheri Lee Murphy of Stroudsburg, PA, Laurie Graziano and her husband Brian of Kingston, Kelly Hull and her husband Robert of Bellingham, and Christine Daoust of Webster; his siblings, Walter B. Blanchard, Jr. of N. Kingston, RI and Patricia Carpenter of Putnam, CT; and his 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister, Susan Landry.
