Dudley- Joseph S. Slota age 95, died Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Lanessa Extended Care in Webster.  

He was the husband of the late Sophie B. (Beresik) Slota who died in 2009.  He leaves a son, Robert B. Slota of Webster; a daughter, Janice S. Phillips of E. Winthrop, Maine; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was born in Webster, son of the late Peter and Anna Slota and lived here all his life.   He was a World War II United States Army Veteran and received the Purple Heart.  He was a glass cutter at Guardian for many years
