Webster - Kathleen E. Nicholopoulos, loving wife and mother, passed away peacefully at home after a short illness on Saturday, February 20th 2021.
Kathy was the beloved wife of 33 years to David Nicholopoulos, & mother of Aija, Trent, & Brooke Provost. Kathy was also a proud grandmother of Sunny, Anderson and Alexandra.
Kathy was preceded in death by her sister Debra Davis, mother Kathy O'donnell, father Paul O'donnell and daughter Sally.
Born in Webster, she graduated from Bartlett High school and lived here most of her life. She worked in graphic arts for years including the family owned newspaper, The Patriot.
Kathleen was vivacious and always endeavored to live life to the fullest, enjoying summers on the lake water skiing and spending time out on the boat. Vacations with her family brought her much joy, including enjoying every show on the strip of Las Vegas and yearly vacations to Hampton Beach with her extended family & friends.
Kathleen enjoyed doting on her children, providing them with fun and lasting memories, no matter the obstacle. The importance of family was only matched by the significance of her lifelong friendships which she valued tremendously. Countless hilarious and fun memories were held close to her heart.
She was deeply compassionate, never allowing a neighborhood child to go without dinner or a place to sleep at night. Those dinners often included her famous, and published, Chicken a’ la Kathy, and the more infamous burnt garlic bread bricks.
Kathleen was a lifelong member of St. Louis Church in Webster, MA.
