Kevin Mitchell

Kevin Mitchell, 31, of Barre passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 2nd, 2023.  He was born on February 13, 1992, in Worcester, MA.

Kevin leaves behind his son whom he adored, Jacob Mitchell of Sutton, his father, Timothy Mitchell of Worcester; his mother, Nancy Mitchell of Barre; his younger brother, Andrew Mitchell of North Brookfield; He also leaves the mother of his child, Katherine Cote of Sutton; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Kevin graduated from Monty Tech Regional High School, Fitchburg, MA in 2010 majoring in information Technology.  Most recently he was attending Southern New Hampshire University majoring in Software Engineering.  Kevin had a knack for mathematics and knew multiplication in kindergarten, not addition and subtraction like most kids at that age.  He was also great at computer coding and would sit there and code like it was nothing.  Those skills came naturally to him and he loved doing that.  He had previously worked at Polyvinyl Films in Sutton and Riverdale Mills in Northbridge.

A private graveside service will be held at a future date.
