Lawrence A. Mongeon

Leominster – Lawrence A. Mongeon, 87, passed away on Saturday September 24, 2022 while at the Lifecare Center of Leominster.

Lawrence was born in Charlton, MA on February 13, 1935, son of the late Adelard Mongeon Sr. and Isabelle (Farrar) Mongeon; he worked at the Fitchburg Woolen Mill and Sanitoy as a maintenance mechanic; he enjoyed deep-sea fishing and adored his cat “Cutie Pie”.

Lawrence is survived by his devoted wife Pauline (Woodard) Mongeon; his son Lawrence Mongeon Jr.; his daughter Debra Mongeon; his three brothers: Richard and his wife Diane, John and his wife Yvette, and Eugene and his wife Cheryl; he also leaves many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.  Lawrence is predeceased by his son Gary Mongeon; his brothers Adelard Mongeon Jr. and Leo Mongeon; his sisters Doris Freehart and Delores Maynard.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home.
