Marguerite M. (Savko) McMenemy

Webster – Marguerite M. (Savko) McMenemy, 72, passed away at Harrington Memorial Hospital on Friday June 10, 2022.

Marguerite was born in Worcester, MA on June 17, 1949, daughter of the late George S. and Margaret (Galeskas) Savko; she worked for CVS for many years prior to her retirement.  Marguerite loved reading and going to the Whistle Stop for an occasional coffee martini; she adored her late husband and loved her cat Patches.

Being predeceased by her beloved husband John B. McMenemy and her stepson Michael McMenemy, Marguerite is survived by her daughter-in-law Maria Isabel McMenemy of Worcester; her brother Bernard Savko of CA; her sister Geraldine Pepper of Worcester; her granddaughters Franchesca McMenemy of Worcester and Marissa McMenemy of Millbury; she also leaves her nephews Steven and Michael Savko, and her nieces Lisa O’Connell and Laurie LaDou.

Private Committal Services will be held in Mount Zion Cemetery.  Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home.
