Marshall Arnold
January 17, 1928 to August 9, 2020 (age 92)
Worcester – Marshall Arnold, 92, passed away peacefully after a long illness on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at the Jewish Health Care Center.
Marshall is survived by his wife Ruth (Goldfarb) Arnold; two sons: Steven J. Arnold of Maine and David Arnold Ackerman of Boston; two daughters: Gail Arnold of Worcester and June Aisha Mathews of East Longmeadow; his sister Barbara Bogle of Florida, four grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Richard Arnold, his parents, Samuel and Bessie (Rokomov) Aronovitz, his brothers Victor, Herbert and Jack Arnold, and his sisters Sally Krock, Edith Lainer and Hilda Sachs.
Marshall served honorably in the U.S. Navy during WWII, and was a member of the Masons for many years. Before retiring, Marshall owned Colonial Upholstery Company. A proud family man, Marshall enjoyed gardening and animals and won many bowling trophies. His infectious smile and laugh will live on in those who knew him.
Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster, MA.
