On November 28, 2023, Pamela A. “Duhaime” Key passed away unexpectedly in the comfort of her home.
Born to the late Roger and Marie Duhaime of North Grosvenordale, CT, Pamela was also the devoted wife of the late Jason Key Sr. of Putnam, CT. She is survived by her children: Jordyne Lamers and her husband Adam, along with her granddaughter Gwendolyn Rose of Moosup, CT, her son Joshua Desrochers and his wife Ashley along with her step-grandchildren, Bailee, and Reyia.
Pamela is also survived by her brothers, Randall Duhaime and his wife Karen of Woodstock, CT, and Robert Duhaime and his wife Jennifer of Belchertown, MA. Regrettably, she was predeceased by her brother Roger Duhaime Jr. Her presence was a source of joy for her nieces and nephews, Chelsea, Hannah, Austin, and Audrey.
Pamela's life was marked by various talents, including her culinary skills, passion for gardening, and advocacy for animals. With a career dedicated to precision in Quality Assurance, she showcased her dedication over many years. Those who knew Pamela appreciated her authenticity and found joy in her company. Pamela was a pillar of support, offering a soft place to land for everyone she encountered. Her undivided attention and boundless generosity were unmatched.
Her comforting voice and contagious laughter will be deeply missed by all those who loved her dearly. Pamela leaves behind a legacy of warmth and love that will be cherished in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
