Robert J. “Bob” Lombardi, age 84, of Webster, died Monday, November 24, 2025, at Webster Manor.

Bob was born in Worcester, MA, son of the late Pasquale and Rose (Chioda) Lombardi and lived in Worcester most of his life, relocating to Webster five years ago. Bob was a graduate of Commerce High School in Worcester. After graduation, Bob enlisted in the United States Navy and was assigned to the same ship as the late Senator John McCain. Following his discharge from the Navy, Bob worked for many years at Scano’s Bakery in Worcester.

Bob enjoyed horse racing and was known to be the family comedian. He was a member of the Webster-Dudley Veteran’s Council.

Bob is survived by his sisters, Debbie Recore of Webster and Patricia Occhuizzo of Voluntown, CT; his nieces and nephews, Jaime Recore of Webster, Anthony Occhuizzo of Voluntown, Vincent Sassa of Voluntown, John Lombardi and Dina Lombardi, both of New York. Bob was predeceased by his brother, Joseph Lombardi and by a niece, Brenda Sassa.
