Message from Christopher M. Dorsey Jr.

Roger was a staple in my childhood, and I will miss him dearly. I know this message is three years too late, but I wish to extend my condolences nonetheless. Uncle Roger lived a fulfilling life, and took care of his family. Those two things stand out the most, amongst other positive memories. I still have the wooden clock he built me, to teach me to tell time, the dump truck he made from scrap wood by hand for me to play with, and countless photographs to remind me of the pleasant memories he and I shared. The world is missing a truly great man, but those of us who continue on will not forget the impact he had on all of us. He will be missed dearly.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your brother Roger. I am sure it is a blessing to know that he is no longer suffering. Now, he is reunited with his mom and dad and his sisters. I am sure that they are all catching up on lost time. Keep his memories close to your heart. I know he thought the world of you Sue and how wonderful that you were able to be there for him.
