Webster – Stacey L. Bergeron, age 45, went into the Lord’s care on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at UMass Memorial Health Care – University Campus, Worcester.
She was born in Southbridge, daughter of William and Christine (Riccardo) Kiritsis. Stacey lived in Webster all her life.
Stacey had a long battle with and was a strong advocate for Castleman Disease. Castleman Disease is a rare disorder that affects your lymph system. She fought this disease with incredible strength and dignity. For Stacey, family was foremost. She loved her family and had an infectious laugh that would light up any room. Her children were her world.
Stacey lived by her motto: “You can have faith or fear, but you can’t have both.”
Stacey is survived by her parents, William and Christine (Riccardo) Kiritsis; her son, Anthony Woodley; her daughter, Alexis Sarpong; her brother, Nicholas Kiritsis; her sisters, Danielle Kiritsis and Christie Renaud; several aunts and uncles. Additionally, Stacey leaves Rene Riccardo and Marcella Bugbee who were notably part of her end-of-life care.
The family would like to thank Father Luke and Faith Veronis for all of their faith, love, and support. Also, the family would like to thank Dr. Daniel Winokur for his extreme dedication to Stacey.
