Virginia T. (Wasielewski) Zalewski, 86, passed away peacefully in her home as she was surrounded by love and family. A woman of remarkable compassion and grace, Virginia lived her life with a radiant positive energy that touched everyone she met.

She devoted many years to her work in retail, where her dedication, kindness, and joyful spirit left a lasting impression on both coworkers and customers alike. Beyond her career, Virginia’s true passion was nurturing those around her — through her wisdom, her gentle humor, and her unwavering love.

Virginia found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved tending to her garden, spending quiet moments swinging in her yard, and forming deep connections with animals and nature. These moments reflected her generous heart and her appreciation for the beauty that surrounded her every day.

She is survived by her daughter, Ellen Rousseau; her loving grandchildren, Tyler and Courtney Rousseau; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Troy Cyr and Annabelle Rumrill. She is also reunited in peace with her granddaughter, who preceded her in passing.

Virginia will be remembered for her compassion, forgiveness, and the wisdom she shared so freely with her family — lessons that will continue to guide them for generations to come. Her love remains ever-present in the hearts of all who knew her.
