Worcester- William F. Roberts Jr. age 83 died Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the Univ.MA Memorial Health Care.  He leaves his wife, Louise A. (Chiras) Roberts.  He also leaves two sons; William F. Roberts III of CA and Jeffrey S. Roberts of Worcester.  He also leaves a brother John A. Roberts of Auburn and he had one sister that predeceased him Barbara Baris of Auburn.
He was born in Worcester son of the late William F. Roberts Sr. and Irene (Auger) Roberts and lived in Worcester for the past 20 years prior to that living in Oxford. William was a US Navy Veteran serving during Korea. He worked for R. L. Whipple Construction of Worcester for 45 years as a labor foreman, retiring 5 years ago.   He was a member of Local 243.
There are no calling hours and services will be private.
