William "Uncle Bill" Jedrzynski Obituary

Dudley- William “Uncle Bill” J. Jedrzynski 89 passed away Monday, November 8, 2021 with his loving family at his side.

He leaves a beloved sister-in-law Rochelle W. Jedrzynski of Dudley, nieces; Thomasine and Joseph Tavormina of Incline Village at Lake Tahoe, NV, Katherine and Gary Bushey of Dudley, Eileen M. Jedrzynski and her husband David Bolivar of Dudley, Helen and Marvin Kessner of Webster and Anne and Steven Englehard of Oxford, a nephew Thomas Lovelace and his wife Oleta of TX. Uncle Bill had two nephews who predeceased him, John W. Jedrzynski of Dudley and Raymond Decoteau of Douglas. He also leaves great nephews, Spenser, Brandon, and Britt; great nieces Melissa, Julie, Tracy, Carla and Erica. Bill was predeceased by his brother Thomas Jedrzynski of Dudley; his sisters Marcella Decoteau of E. Douglas and Sophia Lovelace of TX.

He was born in Dudley son of the late John C. Jedrzynski and Josephine H. (Duszlak) Jedrzynski and lived here all his life.  He was a US Navy Veteran.  Bill worked for Jamesbury and Microtech in Worcester as a machinist for many years.  His talents were numerous, he would be the go-to person for any information one may need for repair or life in general.  Bill was a great story-teller and loved sharing his vast knowledge with friends and family.  He enjoyed reading, fishing, hunting, motorcycle riding, magic, he loved the outdoors, nature from insects to animals, large and small. He especially loved his family’s dogs, but mostly he loved his family and was loved back beyond words.  We will take what you taught us all and keep it in our hearts.  We miss you so much. He could tell the how and the why in respect to many subjects.  Bill was everyone’s “Uncle Bill”! He was an extraordinary, brilliant, and caring person.

Special thanks to the nurses Peggy, Lisa, and Paula from Overlook VNA and Hospice for their “oh too brief services, and Dr. Tony Samaha, Dr. Kronlund, Dr. Sungarian, and all others who cared for him in the offices of those doctors and more. You all were wonderful.
