Yolanda M. (DiGiovanni) Dalimonte

Yolanda M. Dalimonte, age 99, passed away on April 26, 2022.  She was the loving wife of 64 years of the late Anthony Dalimonte and the daughter of the late Lucia and Biagio DiGiovanni.

She is survived by her daughters Linda Biando of Missoula,Mt. and Dianne Beaulieu of Tiverton,RI; five grandchildren Michele Bennett and husband Steven, Julie Edwards and husband Stephan, Kathryn Heckert and partner John Sporman, Joel Beaulieu, Kristin Morss and husband Travis; five great grandsons; her brother Anthony DiGiovanni of Reading, Ma.; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Mary Annese, Angeline Dabrowski, Joseph DiGiovanni, Ralph DiGiovanni; sons-in-law Conrad Beaulieu and Stephen Biando.

Born in Webster, Yolanda was a lifelong area resident, a graduate of BHS class of 1940, a member of the Sons of Italy, and a communicant of St.Louis Church. She worked for many years at Webster Shoe Co., Greeting Cards, and Steven’s Linens. She enjoyed playing penny slots at the casino, doing jigsaw and jumble word puzzles, gardening, creating photo albums to chronicle her family’s lives, and traveling. She was happiest when spending time with her family and treating them to her homemade Italian dishes.  Yolanda was a beloved mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be deeply missed.

The family would like to thank the staff at Lanessa Extended Care of Webster and the staff of Hospice of Western and Central Massachusetts for the love and care given to Yolanda.
