To Family and friend,
I'm so sorry to hear of this loss, god has another great person on his team and now we have another person looking down on us. I had the pleasure of working with Dick on WFD he was just one of the best and loved what he did. He had a great heart and will be missed.  As the years went by time took its toll on his body but not his spirit he always had a smile and said hi.
Rest in peace my friend rest in peace!!

When I think of Mr. Paine..I think of a hard working man with a big smile..he would do anything for anyone...I had so many good memories of him and sharing time with the family ...his passing makes me feel like a part of my heart went with him...because he always was so thoughtful to Lisa and myself...I remember when we went to our class reunion and we came down the stairs he told us how beautiful we looked ...he was always willing to let us borrow the car...and that was a big deal back then....with only one car per household...that meant he would walk to the station..but that was okay, he was willing to make that sacrifice......most recently I would see him out and about and he still had that big smile ...I would always get a great big hug...he was a good man...my prayers and thoughts go out to the family ....Sincerely ..Marsha
