Paul was a dear friend me as well as a fine example of leadership. Paul helped me get involved with police work at a young age. He even attended my high school graduation- always putting others in front of himself. He was a great man, soldier, and mentor.
My condolences to his family whom I know he loved dearly and the department he had a profound affect on. I will always miss him and his smile...especially after those long days. May you rest in the peace of Christ Jesus our savior.

My condolences to Paul Minarik entire family wife Kathy son & daughter, grandchildren and his sister Joanne.
He was a good friend, very dedicated to Town of Webster Town Goverment, and the best Police Chief that this town ever had, but most of all he was friendly, that warm smile he would give you when you seen him, polite and courteous he was.
But most of all, the many men and woman that he had hired are police officers today in the Town of Webster ,they still serve on the force and some are in the ranks of leadership.
He was that type of guy would give the shirt off his back and help you out no matter what.
He will be missed.

The sadness that overwhelms with the loss of Paul can not be explained in words. I was blessed to be able to say, Paul was one of my dearest friends. His kindness and loyalty through the years was unmatched. Paul in the most basic terms was, " just good man, a good father and a good husband and the greatest friend!" His devotion to his town and to his church was unmatched. Dear Lord give him eternal rest and peace.
